US Shipping
We ship 1-3 business days from receipt. If you need a package on a certain date, please contact us at info@futurecraftstudio.com and we will deliver on your specified date.

International Shipping
Our products can be shipped to an international address. Recipients are responsible for all applicable customs duties or taxes in that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Enter the billing and shipping address and proceed to the Review Order step. Here you can review your order with the shipping and handling charges added before entering your credit card.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 15 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment.

Sales Tax
Shipments to New York include 8.375% tax computed after adding shipping and handling and express delivery charges.
